Agape Love Teaching & Training Ministries is a Holy Spirit–led ministry dedicated to equipping God’s people with the truth of His Word and the power of His love. Our mission is to nurture believers into spiritual maturity by teaching, training, and developing them according to the uncompromised guidance of the Holy Spirit.
In obedience to the commission given by Jesus in Matthew 28, we are dedicated to restoring, building up, and equipping the Body of Christ so that every believer can confidently walk in their God-given identity, purpose, and calling. Through biblically sound teaching, Holy Spirit–led guidance, and purposeful spiritual development, we aim to raise up a people who are firmly rooted in love, established in truth, and wholly yielded to the will of God.
Agape Love Teaching & Training Ministries functions as a sanctuary for growth—where hearts are healed, minds are renewed, and lives are transformed by the power of Jesus Christ. Every teaching, training session, and ministry assignment is carried out with the purpose of building strong disciples who reflect the character of Christ and advance the Kingdom of God with integrity, compassion, and boldness.

FREE CHURCH
What a Free Church Is (Biblical & Legal Definition)
A Free Church is a church that remains under Christ—not under government control.
A Free Church is a church that:
✅ Does NOT register with the government
✅ Does NOT become a 501(c)(3) corporation
✅ Does NOT incorporate under the state
✅ Does NOT fall under state authority
✅ Remains a spiritual body, not a legal entity
✅ Operates under the headship of Christ alone
A Free Church is not governed by the IRS, not owned by the state, and not regulated by corporate law.
It exists because Christ grants the Church Her authority—NOT the government.
FREE CHURCH
A Free Church Is “Nontaxable,” Not “Tax-Exempt”
This is important:
✨ Churches are NATURALLY nontaxable.
They existed long before tax codes.
A Free Church does not apply for tax-exempt status because:
✔ Churches are automatically exempt under the First Amendment
✔ The IRS legally recognizes churches without filings
✔ Free-Will Offerings is religious practice
✔ The state cannot tax the Church of Christ
A registered 501(c)(3) church is tax-exempt but must follow IRS rules.
A Free Church is nontaxable and must follow God’s rules only.
FREE CHURCH
A Free Church Is Not a Corporation
A Free Church is created by Christ, not the state.
Therefore:
✔ No articles of incorporation
✔ No bylaws filed with the government
✔ No board mandated by the state
✔ No corporate reporting
The only “law” a Free Church follows:

✨ The spiritual government of the church
✨ Natural rights under the Constitution
